Teen Pleads Not Guilty in Beating of Toddler



Springville, NY (WBEN) A 16 year old charged with the murder of his girlfriend's baby was in court this morning.

Dylan Schumaker pleaded not guilty to second degree murder and first degree assault.

He's being charged as an adult in the beating death of Austin Smith, who would have turned 2 tomorrow.

The trial will be held in Erie County Court.
