Anderson Cooper Tweets His Best, Fallon's Appearance an April Fool's Joke
Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Last year on Dyngus Day, Anderson Cooper had the kielbasa-sized case of the giggles talking about the Polonia tradition on his CNN show. Today, Cooper has a Tweet for the region.
Cooper was invited multiple times by Dyngus Day Buffalo organizers to be part of this year's event. Cooper declined, citing his work schedule, and Tweeted that again Monday: "Happy #DyngusDay especially to everyone in #Buffalo. Unfortunately, I am working today but I hope you have a blast!"
While Cooper is not here, Senator Charles Schumer tweeted "Late Night" host and soon-to-be future "Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon would be in town for the festivities. We have since learned that was an April Fool's joke.
