Buffalo police say they've made an arrest in connection with yesterday morning's bomb scare along Elmwood Avenue that forced police to close the street for nearly two-hours.
Police said 36-year-old Titus Tallchief of Kenmore allegedly placed the suspicious package near the former FWS Furniture Warehouse.
No further information was released
The Erie County Sheriff's bomb squad is investigating after what appeared to be sticks of dynamite were taped to a utility pole on Elmwood Avenue, near Hertel Ave.
The incident closed down Elmwood Avenue traffic between Hertel and Great Arrow Blvd, near the former FWS building for part of the Monday morning commute
