The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation has approved a $500,000 bridge loan for TM Montante Development LLC.  Business First reports that will help finance a planned $8 million renovation of the former Spaghetti Warehouse building on Elm Street.  The building could be tenant ready by next year for apartments and commercial use.

The Bonadio Group has acquired Independent Audit Associates of Rutland, Vermont for an undisclosed price.  That deal becomes official today.

Goldberg Segalla LLP has added an office in the Amherst International Park.  The firm will maintain its headquarters on Main Street in Buffalo.

Internet marketing company Seevast has reportedly closed its Getzville headquarters.
Russell's Atelier has opened at 10 Center Road in West Seneca.  Among others services, Russell's provides high-resolution scanning, professional framing, image editing and commercial printing.
