Arrest in Kenmore Bar Owner's Murder

Kenmore, NY (AP/WBEN) A 19-year-old Buffalo man is charged with killing a 62-year-old bar owner in his Kenmore home last month.

Kenmore Police Chief Peter Breitnauer says Friday that Antonio Martin Brown is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Vincent "Jim" Cottone, who owned Malone's Bar & Grill.

The police chief isn't releasing a possible motive or other details.

Cottone's body was found May 19 by an employee who'd become concerned because he wasn't at work. Police said at the time he died from blunt force trauma and that robbery didn't appear to be the motive.
