Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Timothy Hogues is off the Democratic line in his bid for re-election, as Barbara Miller-Wiliams has officially won the primary. A close race for a town justice party line has also been determined.
Erie County GOP Elections Commissioner Ralph Mohr says Miller-Williams was declared the winner over Hogues. On primary night, Miller-Williams led Hogues by just one vote. Absentee ballots expanded Miller-Williams' lead.
The Conservative line for Amherst Town Justice went to Kara Buscaglia by one vote over Barbara Nuchereno. Buscaglia won the Independence line by 14 votes. Buscaglia will also have the Democratic and Working Families line while Nuchereno will have the Republican line.
