The Buffalo Planning Board has approved Uniland's 12-story mixed-use development at Delaware and Chippewa. An October 16th meeting with the Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals comes next for the $80 million project. Business First says once all approvals are in hand, work could begin this winter.
The Basil Family of Dealerships has crafted one more of its "just great deals." For an undisclosed price, Basil has purchased the former Jim Ball dealership on Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park. The new dealership will be called the Robert Basil Dealership - and continue to sell Buicks, Cadillacs, GMC trucks and SUV's.
