Orchard Park, NY (WBEN) The Bills have signed another quarterback.
Matt Flynn spent Monday morning in the team's fieldhouse working out in front of team officials, and now the team says Flynn is a Buffalo Bill.
Buffalo (2-4) could be in need of another quarterback after interim starter Thad Lewis sprained his right ankle in a 27-24 overtime loss to Cincinnati on Sunday. Bills coach Doug Marrone says that Lewis' x-rays showed that there was no break, and does expect Lewis to be able to play in Buffalo's game at Miami (3-2) on Sunday.
Lewis was promoted off the practice squad last week to fill in for injured rookie EJ Manuel. Flynn is out of work after being released by Oakland last week.
