Game On TV - BIlls Buy Lifts Blackout



(WBEN) The Buffalo Bills have announced that owner  Ralph Wilson  has bought the remaining tickets to Sunday's game, ensuring a sellout and lifting the TV blackout that would have otherwise occured.

The tickets will be re-sold at NOCO outlets, with proceeds to benefit the WNY Wounded Warrior Project.

The NFL had granted the Buffalo Bills a 24-hour extension to make the sale. This is the second time the Bills have been given an extension to avoid a blackout this season. Last month, the Bills needed an extra day to sell out the remaining seats to get the game against the Bengals on local TV.

For a donation of $25 or more to Wounded Warriors at select NOCO locations, fans will receive two tickets to Sunday's New York Jets game at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
