West Seneca Police Investigate Attempted Kidnapping



West Seneca, NY (WBEN) West Seneca Police are looking into an attempted kidnapping and robbery that happened Sunday.

Police say an elderly woman was approached at her Fisher Road subdivision home by an unknown man who forced his way inside. Police say the suspect ordered the victim to give her ATM card and PIN number.

Police say the suspect bound the victim's wrists, upper torso and mouth and tried to force her into the trunk of her car parked in her garage. The suspect ran off when a relative arrived to visit. The victim had minor injuries.

The suspect is described as a White Male, 6’-6-2”, about thirty years old, thin build, scruffy beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing: Beige knit hat, Brown Pea coat style jacket, and black boots.
