TORONTO (AP/WBEN) - A new video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has emerged that shows him swearing and slurring his words.
In the video posted on YouTube on Tuesday, Ford is shown in a fast food restaurant rambling and talking about police surveillance.
The video is titled "New Video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Drunk, Swearing in Jamaican Patois? Bumbaclot."
Ford said in November that he quit drinking. It was not clear when the new video was shot, but Ford was pictured on camera in the same black suit and red tie on Monday.
Despite yet another embarrassing video, Ford still intends on running for re-election this year. Political Consultant Bruce Fisher says he would be stunned if Ford won another election. "There are so many people in Toronto, even in the suburbs that gave Rob Ford his start, there's so many people who are embarrassed by him that there would have to be 50 candidates in the race for him to win it again."
The mayor acknowledged last year that he smoked crack "in one of my drunken stupors" after police said they obtained a copy of a tape that appears to show him smoking crack.
Allegations about Ford smoking crack surfaced in May when reporters for the Toronto Star and one from the U.S. website Gawker said they saw the video.
