* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES TODAY.

* VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL AT
  TIMES TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. EXPECT SNOW COVERED ROADS
  AND POOR VISIBILITIES.
