High Winds Followed by Flood Potential



Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A high wind advisory is posted for the southern section of Western New York until 11am Tuesday, then a FLOOD WATCH is posted for all of the area later in the week as temperatures rise and some rain falls.
