Business First reports that the Empire State Development Corp. is seeking bids to demolish much of the Episcopal Church Home property that neighbors the Peace Bridge. Bids are due back May 5th. This is the first step in the renovation of the U.S. side of the Peace Bridge plaza. Empire State Development bought the nearly five-acre property last June for $4.73 million.
