Arrest in Niagara Falls Shooting

Niagara Falls, NY (WBEN) The man wanted in a weekend shooting has been arrested. A woman has been charged with hindering prosecution.

Niagara Falls Police say US Marshals found Graham at 1130 Willow Ave in Niagara Falls.  Graham was charged with assault first degree (B felony), criminal use of a firearm first degree (B felony), criminal possession of weapon second degree (C felony) and reckless endangerment first degree (D felony), all as a result of Saturday's shooting.   In addition to those charges, Graham was wanted for five outstanding failure to appear warrants and was also charged with three counts of bail jumping.

Graham was wanted for shooting three members of the same family on Saturday afternoon.   All three victims- Laura Dove (50 years old), Thomas Pryor (21 years old) and Tavone Pryor (19 years old) suffered leg wounds from a handgun. All were treated and released on Saturday.

Police also arrested 26 year old Kristi Marie Kargatis and charged her charged with hindering prosecution second degree (E felony) for hiding Graham in her home.
