Forbes: Bids For Bills All Under One Billion Dollars
Buffalo, NY (WBEN) An article on Forbes' website Sunday contended that all of the current bids for the Buffalo Bills have been under the one-billion-dollar mark. According to the report, previous information about bids by Sabres' owner, Terry Pegula and Donald Trump had been exaggerated as was the bid by the Toronto-based group led by singer, Jon Bon Jovi. Those three bids were the only ones out of 60 who originally signed non-disclosure agreements for Morgan Stanley, the investment bank charged with overseeing the sale of the team. There is apparently one other potential owner and that is former Buffalo Sabres' owner Tom Golisano who reportedly did submit a bid last week.
