Unifrax has selected the Town of Tonawanda for another major expansion effort. Business First reports Unifrax proposes investing slightly more than $18 million in the project, which would see the company construct a 76,000-square-foot plant in the North Youngmann Commerce Center. If approved, the 12-acre site would initially create 25 jobs.
The Amherst Industrial Development Agency has already approved an incentive package for the proposed new headquarters of Columbus McKinnon Corp; the Amherst Planning Board will likely add its voice in support in the next few days. Columbus McKinnon has proposed a move into a two-story, 34,000-square-foot building in the CrossPoint Business Park.
Kabab and Curry will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting for its new location tomorrow. Kabab and Curry is now at 8445 Main Street in Williamsville.
Tully Rinckey PLLC will hold a grand opening for its new, larger law office this Thursday from 10am-noon. The firm has moved to a newly constructed building at 5488 Sheridan Drive.
