(WGR 550) -- The Phoenix Coyotes head into HSBC Arena with not one, not two, but six new players on the post-trade-deadling roster.

Coming off a 2-1 Thursday win at East-leading Boston, the Coyotes roll into Buffalo seven points out of a playoff spot out West. Scottie Upshall scored in his first game in Phoenix, and Nigel Dawes added an assist on the game-winner in his 'Yotes debut.

Upshall and Dawes were two of five players making their debut, as Petr Prucha, Dmitri Kalinin and Matthew Lombardi all joined Phoenix at the March 4 deadline. They would've had six, but right winger Brandon Prust is recovering from a concussion. Phoenix sent Derek Morris, Olli Jokinen and Daniel Carcillo out-of-town, as well as moving a back-up goaltender to Buffalo.

Mikael Tellqvist will not be making his Buffalo debut against his old mates, as Patrick Lalime is going to be rewarded for his fine work filling in for the injured Ryan Miller with another start. The Sabres are coming off a 5-1 win over Montreal, and will leave immediately after the Coyotes contest for a Saturday game in Ottawa.

Dominic Moore is expected to make his Sabres debut, though a delay in getting his work visa prohibited him from practicing Thursday with Buffalo. Face-off is at 7:30 p.m., with pregame at 6:30 with Rick Jeanneret joining Mike Schopp and The Bulldog to kick things off.
