32 Arrests at Underage Drinking Party in Boston

Boston, NY (WBEN)- 91 charges were filed by Erie County Sheriff's Deputies, as they arrested 31 youths, accused of underaged drinking, and the man who owns the property where the drinking occured.
Police pulled up to a Lower East Hill Rd. address in the Town of Boston, and found dozens of kids camping out with alcoholic beverages present. The 31 youths were charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor. The homeowner, 57 year old Paul Taylor was charged with 31 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a child, and 31 counts of Unlawfully dealing with a child.
All those arrested were released on appearance tickets.
