Downtown Buffalo (WBEN Newsroom) -- Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Eric Moulds was in a Buffalo courtroom this afternoon to answer criminal charges. Moulds is accused of harassment following a domestic incident with his ex-girlfriend at his Amherst home last month.
Moulds had nothing to say to reporters as he left the courtroom. His attorney Frank LoTempio says his client will comply with a court request to undergo evaluations. "Mental health evaluations, drug and alcohol evaluations which are all just standard stuff for this court...we'll comply with the request and move forward from there." LoTempio is hoping the evaluations will help lead to a plea agreement in the case.
Moulds ex-girlfriend was granted an order of protection as the two work out a custody agreement for their three children.
