As the call for the firing of Buffalo Bills head coach Dick Jauron gets louder, one man in the coach's corner is longtime coach and general manager Marv Levy.
"When you don't win, there's going to be criticism" says Levy who understands fans can become irate following a poor start and especially after what he describes as a "disastrous day" like last Sunday. But firing Jauron is not the answer says Levy.
Levy says blaming the coach and the quarterback is the easy way out. He believes shaking up the team in the middle of the year is not warranted at all.
"I'm pulling for Dick" says Levy who believes rather than find someone to blame, its important to focus on finding answers.
Levy says Jauron doesn't need a pep talk but his advice is to continue to work hard to make good things happen.
