Ballowe Pleads In Moss Hit And Run

(WBEN/AP) - Gabriele Ballowe has admitted to felony charges of  leaving the scene of an incident causing serious injury in the 2013 death of Barry Moss. 

 Ballowe entered the plea in state Supreme Court in Buffalo Monday, a week after she was scheduled to be tried on more serious charges, including vehicular manslaughter.
