Batavia, NY (WBEN) State Police and Genesee County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the theft of almost 400 US American Legion Flag Holders from several cemeteries in the Bryon-Bergen region of Genesee County. The Flag Holders were discovered over the weekend, it is unknown when the larceny may have taken place.
