The offices of Visit Buffalo Niagara will be moving to different downtown digs.  Business First reports the agency has signed a 10-year lease with the owners of the Brisbane Building.  The intent is to occupy 8,000 square feet on the 6th floor for its offices and visitor's center.  VBN will move from the Market Arcade to its new location by late October.

Developer/restaurateur Mark Croce is intent on beginning facade work on his Statler City project soon.  Business First reports the key was securing $5.3 million in state aid; those funds have now been released.  Croce's next step is to put the project out to bid.  He wants to have the bids awarded and work underway by late summer.
