The AAA has the latest on local and national gas prices.  The Metro Buffalo average for a gallon of unleaded gas is $3.49, reflecting a sixteen cent drop in the past month.  The national average of $3.04 per gallon reflects a thirty cent drop in the past month.

According to the AAA, the average price for a gallon of unleaded gas in the area is down a penny from a week ago to $3.53.  At the same time, the national price has dropped ten cents since last week to $3.10 per gallon.
